The mosaics throughout were made by the owner, and the place is run by a very nice, friendly family. The hotel is in Rio, outside Patras, with very large rooms, cooking facilities and a big balcony off each room. There's a nice patio area on the ground floor and easy parking right outside. The highway is close for easy access, and restaurants and the beach are five minutes away. I'd definitely stay here again when travelling in the area.

The owners are a warm, friendly family who are happy to go out of their way for you. It’s a budget hotel near the beach, so don’t expect much luxury.

Avoid this place. The water didn’t work unless we asked the man at reception to fix it, the toilet wouldn’t flush, the AC smelled moldy, and some of the lights didn’t work. The receptionist was rude and already knew about the problems. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The owner’s own artwork is really lovely and artistic, and the sunsets are beautiful too. This is a really nice hotel and area to stay in when you’re passing through. I’d make a point of visiting.

The hosts were very good, and the place was clean and nicely kept in a Greek style. It’s an older building now, which gives it some character.
