The photos online were so misleading that I’m going to raise it with the lodging company I work for and ask them to add more realistic pictures. This feels like fake advertising. The only positive was the location, though in a small city like patras, everything is nearby anyway. Even the elevator music was nice and not the usual boring kind, and the bedsheets looked clean. The hotel is old, dirty, and badly maintained. The corridors had stains on the carpets and walls. Our room smelled of mould as soon as we opened the door, and the walls were stained too. There was visible mould between all the bathroom tiles in the supposedly “white” space. The towels seemed to be from the previous guests, had hair on them, and looked a bit stained. I asked at reception for a renovated room before choosing one, and was told all rooms were “frequenctly renovated”. That was hard to believe. We didn't shower, though thankfully our stay was only one night. It was also extremely noisy, just as other reviews say. The walls are paper thin, so we could hear people coming back at 5, talking in the corridor, and the elevator doors opening and closing loudly. The room doors felt like you could almost see through them. A bell tolled very loudly late into the night and again from early morning. One star is really too much. Stay away for your own good.

The reception staff and location were acceptable, and the accommodation conditions were average, but breakfast was about as bad as it gets. The coffee machine was empty, there was no fruit or vegetables, just tasteless scrambled eggs and low-quality slices of mortadela and cheese. At 8 am, coffee wasn't available at the hotel bar. The cleaning staff told me to try the neighborhood cafes instead.

A great city hotel with a sea view. The pedestrian area with all its shops is right below, and the employees were very helpful and nice.

The rooms were really bad, with old beds that made it impossible to sleep. At 97E a night, it felt like robbery. I’ll never come back.
