Breakfast and dinner were the biggest letdown. The food was very poor, bland, and unappealing, with hardly any decent options. I wasn't expecting huge variety, but this was unacceptable. The pool water smelled strongly of chlorine, far too much for comfort, and using a canopy bed cost 10 euro, which felt unreasonable for such low-quality service. I stayed in the unrenovated part of the hotel, where the room had old furniture and felt stuck in the past. The facilities and service didn't justify the price. I wouldn't recommend it or return. An experience I'd rather forget.

The beach is right across the street, which is convenient, though the sunbed prices are set by the beach operators and can be a bit expensive. The hotel also rents private cars and e-bikes, and the room service was thoughtful. They noticed our food in the room and brought plates, forks, and spoons without us asking. Anna Maria Paradise in Pefkochori is spotless and run with real passion by a lovely family. Everyone was smiling and made the place feel warm and welcoming. The Greek night party felt authentic and fun, especially when the whole family joined the dancing. The owner is a smart businessman and a great host. He knows a lot, answers questions happily, and brings some humor. The staff work incredibly hard, basically around the clock, but stay friendly, attentive, and helpful. Special mention to the bar team, who kept the energy going late into the night and were back early the next morning. A great place to relax in Pefkochori, highly recommended.

The staff steal personal belongings! Tomas and Alexandra are thieves who take other people's things. When I asked about my son's belongings, they said they'd thrown them away. You should think carefully about staying there. Also, when we checked in, Tomas at reception said he would give us a new room, but the room we were taken to was old.

We were upgraded on arrival to the penthouse with a jacuzzi, and absolutely loved it. The rooms were tidy and clean, the pool area was clean too, and the staff were amazing. Thomas, the owner, was extremely pleasant and helpful. Some guests put towels out at 8 am even though the pool doesn't open until 10 am, but you can't choose the guests. The hotel sits between two towns, so there are options around. All in all, an excellent stay. We’ll come back at some point. Thanks, Anna Maria hotel.
