Cocooning Suites by Blue Carpet

I wanted to give this hotel five stars, but what happened around our wedding was deeply disappointing. We had agreed on specific arrangements with one of the employees, then the terms were changed a month before the day without anyone telling us. When we tried to sort it out, nobody seemed willing to listen. We were sent from one person to another and got no real solution or support. The staff were impolite, rude, and unprofessional, and they ruined what should have been the most important day of our lives. I hesitated to post this, but I feel others should know not to trust this establishment.

Our ground-floor suite had a garden right outside, which was handy for our three-year-old to run around, and the infant crib worked well for our five-month-old. We stayed for two weeks from late September into early October. Being connected to Blue Carpet meant we could use the amenities, including the breakfast, beach facilities, and pool. We had an incredible stay and would happily come back. Thanks for making it so good.

Our ground-floor room at Cocooning studios opened onto a little garden, which was great for our three-year-old to play in and for us to sit with a drink. It was cleaned every day. We also enjoyed the restaurant Canela. The place worked really well for our family of three: the beach and beach bar were nice, service was perfect, and the tavernas in Pefkochori were an easy walk away.

We had one of the larger apartments, spread over two floors, with a terrace spacious enough for four adults. It felt very well built, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, and parking was easy. The apartments are beside the beach and have sea views. Guests also get Blue Carpet hotel services, apart from room service. The kitchen has a stove but no cooking utensils, though Restaurant Canela is just a two-minute walk away. The TV remote didn't always work properly, but that was a small issue. I'd recommend staying here.
