Flooding blocked the road and police had closed it, so I couldn't get to the hotel. I called to explain what had happened, but they didn't seem to care. Since I couldn't arrive on the first day, they cancelled my reservation. I might have been able to make it the next day.

I had a good experience staying here. There are a few small things that could be finished to make this apartment really good.

We booked this place because Booking described it as having an accessible facility and toilet. That was the key factor for our stay, but what we found was completely inaccessible. There were no ramps, and the toilet was unsuitable and unusable for someone with a disability. The website description is seriously misleading, and we found this very disappointing. Advertising accessibility features that aren't actually there can lead people who depend on accurate information to make the wrong choice. We hope the management addresses this and that our feedback helps others decide. 👎👎👎👎♿️♿️♿️♿️♿️

We’ve never had a better stay! The balcony is lovely and spacious, and the room is convenient, spotless, and has everything you need. Parking felt very secure, too. Mr. Menelaos is a wonderful, helpful person. Thanks so much, we’ll be back again and again! George & Sofia :)
