V luxury Suites

We had to keep the windows shut because other residents could get to the rooms from the “garden.” There was a small divider on the veranda, but the grassy back garden was much larger and open to everyone, and the main gate was always unlocked, day and night. The pool looked dirty, with greenish water well below its normal level. It seemed like the water wasn’t flowing as it should to stay fresh, though we didn’t use it. Inside, the bedsheets were stained, WiFi was so poor that none of our phones or laptops could connect, and even mobile data barely worked. The air-conditioning remotes in all four rooms were broken, leaving the temperature uncomfortably constant. Shower water was salty and smelled awful, so we bought bottled still water for washing our faces and brushing our teeth. The showers were sanctified and unusable, and at night there was no hot water or heating and no way to adjust the temperature. We’d agreed to check out at 12 o’clock, but they loudly knocked on our doors at 10 AM and demanded we leave right away. The host ignored all our calls and messages. We’d been made to prepay before seeing the rooms and felt stuck in a horrible situation. Our stay at V Luxury Suites was a nightmare from start to finish. This place is a total scam, not worth your time or money, and I strongly advise against staying here.

The location was good, but we definitely won’t return. For the whole week, nobody cleaned once, and the staff didn’t speak English. I was there with two children and had to make up the sofa myself. I asked for sheets for them and got only one, so they had to use one of ours to cover themselves. I also had to request toilet paper and shower gel. For four people, we were given just two rolls for seven days. The so-called kitchen was tiny, tucked into a wardrobe, and the stoves were outside the room for every three rooms.

No communication at all from the owner, and the staff were rude. The internet was weak, the air conditioning was broken, and the sheets and shower were dirty. The water from the shower smelled and felt salty.

The pool was dirty, and after the first day the internet stopped working. The electricity went out too, and we couldn’t reach anyone on the staff. Even before that, the internet was very weak.
