This is a reply to the hotel manager's response to the TT review, which was posted by my wife. We stayed from September 24th through September 30th. The confirmation number was 2272261460, and our room was #401. Vasilis served us breakfast every morning and was wonderful. Christos drove us up and down in the electric golf cart. I spoke with the owner-manager in the lobby about the ants. You also offered to move us after learning we were checking out a day early because of the sewer smell in our room. I hope this information helps you find us in your records. Since you mentioned a cybersecurity investigation into fraudulent reviews, I'm happy to take on that challenge.

The clean rooms, excellent service and pool overlooking the Ionian made this our best hotel experience in Sivota Greece. Highly recommend for couples and families!

The sea was stunningly beautiful and crystal clear, and we had an unforgettable holiday. A few small things could be improved, but we were quite happy with the view and how attentive the staff were. The entrance to the sea is rocky, though it didn't bother us. The staff were very friendly, service was quick, and the breakfast was quite good. We were on a bed and breakfast plan. The lunch menu was very limited and expensive, so we ate dinner outside the hotel. Our room was lovely, but the bathroom ventilation wasn't adequate. There was sand on the pool bottom and it didn't look especially clean.

We were there with our family at the beginning of September. The rooms were good, the view was fantastic and the staff were polite. But there was a virus circulating at the hotel. I'd seen reviews mentioning it, but didn't believe them until my family and I experienced it. Two weeks later, I'm still not fully recovered. Adults can get through things, but parents, please look after your children. At the very least, don't bring them there.
