Sivota Seascape

Our three-room villa gave us plenty of space, a modern, beautiful design, and all the comforts we wanted. We especially loved relaxing by the private pool and outside, with breathtaking sea and sunset views. The beach was clean, quite good, and easy to get to. It’s peaceful and private here, but still close enough to explore the area. The staff were professional, attentive, and ready to help, and their warm hospitality made the stay even better. Sivota Seascape Luxury Villas exceeded our expectations. I’d highly recommend it for a serene, luxurious getaway.

The villas are nice and the staff are friendly. The only thing to improve is breakfast, which doesn’t match the luxury of the villas. If you’re traveling with children, try to get a villa closer to the sea. Filakia Kleo, Eleni & Dimitris.

Our apartment had its own pool overlooking a magnificent sea view, and the clear, inviting water was only a few steps away. This is a place of individual apartments for two or more people, rather than hotel rooms. Eleni, the only hotelier there, was very obliging and helpful.

We were told by our resort that the beach sun loungers were free after 7 PM. At 8 PM, I checked with an employee at the entrance to the Sivota Seascape Luxury Villas bar, and he confirmed we wouldn’t have to pay. My family and I settled on the beach, but later that same person said we owed $20 for two sets of umbrellas. We didn’t want to argue, so we paid. A family member later said it should have been free. I explained the situation to the manager/barman and mentioned what other resorts and people had told us. He answered rudely that they didn’t care what others said and insisted we pay. We were charged $20 for just 30 minutes, even though other resorts don’t charge after 7 PM. There were eight of us, and we could easily have spent more than €20 on drinks. It felt like they said it was free to get us settled, then asked for money. I’m very disappointed by that deceptive way of making extra €€.
