I went with my family for a few days’ vacation. The booking listed both free parking and free public parking, but I got a call from the police because I had parked illegally on the accommodation’s sidewalk. I hadn’t been given any information about where I was supposed to park.

Thanks so much for the lovely stay. The hotel was clean, the room was nice, and breakfast was good. Special thanks to the hotel manager, Mrs. Sofia, for her service. Congratulations to her and the team.

We were in room 2 in the semi-basement, and the smell inside was awful, like a mop left in water for days. Two dead cockroaches were right by the door when we arrived. The wooden window had an aluminum screen that sprang up whenever you tried to close the window. The outdoor light by the room didn’t work, so we couldn’t sit outside at night unless the person next door happened to leave theirs on. The bathroom and kitchen windows looked out onto storage rooms. Worst of all, the pillows and mattresses had no covers, just sheets and pillowcases. When I took off a pillowcase, it was yellow with sweat and saliva. I complained, and they replaced them. I don’t recommend this place, and I wouldn’t have stayed if I’d found somewhere else available.

I couldn’t stay in the end because of an emergency, but I’m leaving a rating because they were so kind and helpful.
