We loved exploring the Sivota area from here. Beaches were only 5-10 minutes away, and everything we might need was right in the center of perdika. The place was even better than the photos, spacious and lovely for families. Our hosts were so nice, and they sent us off with homemade sweets. Hope we can come back!

We were five people, and this was the best rented-house stay we've had. The owners were so welcoming and helped with whatever we needed. We made good use of the fully equipped kitchen, and having separate air conditioning in every room was really convenient. The place was absolutely spotless, with such careful cleaning. They even gave us handmade spoon sweets when we left.

Fotis & Marianna and their parents made us feel genuinely welcome. Their parents treated us to fruit and homemade breakfast, a lovely bit of care that made the stay memorable. The room itself was clean and inviting, with tasteful decor and a fully equipped kitchen that made it comfortable to stay in. The owners furnished and looked after it with real taste. A great experience, and it deserves an even higher rating.

Right in the heart of Perdika, this apartment is furnished with real taste. The beds are very comfortable, the furniture is new, and the linens smell lovely. Everything was meticulously clean and nothing was missing. Foti's parents were very kind and looked after everything. Highly recommend!

Marianna was wonderful and happy to help with whatever we needed. The accommodation is brand new, quiet, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. I highly recommend it!
