The neighborhood feels safe and is in a good location, though it isn't a tourist area, so there aren't many English speakers. The apartment was clean, but I'd suggest getting some insecticide too.

The decor was nice, but cleanliness was poor: hair, dust and bread crumbs were on the floor. Two of the three kitchen chairs were broken, and I almost fell.

The location suited us very well, but I wouldn't recommend the stay. The room was dirty when we arrived, apparently left that way by the previous guests. We went out to give them more time, but after three hours the sheets were still used and dirty, the previous guests' towels had been left out, there were no pillowcases or toilet paper, and the room lacked the basics.

Everything was just right: easy access, comfort, a nice location, cleanliness and good service. Highly recommend it.

The apartment was tidy and spotlessly clean, and we'll definitely stay again next time we're in the capital. Its location is excellent, with everything right downstairs and Anthoupolis metro less than two minutes away.
