We loved having the roomy terrace and garden, with plenty of space and deck chairs. This is a budget place made up of two separate flats for tourists, Amalia Ena and Amalia Dio, and the price is good for being just a few kilometres from the lovely beaches of Kassiopi. One small tip: if you're soft-hearted, bring cat food. Neighbouring cats turn up every morning hoping for a meal, and they were such fun to have around.

There's plenty to like about the apartment, and it's only a three-minute drive to a beach with good facilities. The Wi-Fi was reliable, but the TV didn't work. The bathroom had no supplies, and there were so many ants that we had to buy DDT. We also found a few things missing for cooking and eating in, including dishes and pots. It could have been cleaner when we arrived.

The terrace is wonderful, and the place is spacious, comfortable, and very reasonably priced. The kitchen has a bit of everything, and the helpful owners deal with problems straight away. It's also very close to the beach. A little upkeep in the bathroom and on the double bed would help, and the sofa isn't the most comfortable.
