We stayed for 14 days in a studio on the 1st floor. It was a beautiful, large, luxurious room, and the complex was in a nice location and well maintained. The room was cleaned neatly, and the pool was kept up well too. Owner Stravros and his wife are very nice. We had a very nice time and would still highly recommend Sunshine. At times the water pressure was low, with only a small stream coming out of the tap, and sometimes there was no hot water. The free Wifi also didn’t work well, though I can’t say whether that was Sunshine’s fault or if the capacity could have been increased. Maybe it depends on how guests use it. If people stream movies or connect multiple devices as they might at home, that uses a lot of data, and other guests may end up suffering for it. Thank you for everything

The new owner is such a nice person and will help with any request. The location works really well too, with supermarkets, taverna's and the beach all less than 300m away. It’s still far enough from the road and bars to avoid their noise. Sunshine was fully renovated this year by the new owners. The apartments are a good size, nicely decorated, and have a fantastic italian style shower. The pool area is new, with a very nice pool bar. The pool is clean and not sea water, and you can get a drink or lunch there, including pizza, buggets and fries. Book a stay at sunshine, you won’t be disappointed.

The location is good, the beds are good and the pool is okay. But maintenance and hygiene are dreadful even for basic accommodation. Cleaning was poor and only happened twice a week. The pool bar was barely open during high season and only had expensive sodas. WIFI didn’t work at all. There was no owner on site. We had to call him when we arrived to check in, and never saw him again.
