The sea and garden views were amazing, and the place was very clean with lots of amenities. The host was kind and helpful. It all felt like a 5 star hotel to me. 10 out of 10, just perfect. For sure I’ll come back.

The owner was such a friendly, nice person, and everything in the apartment was clean and in good shape. This is my 2nd time here. If I’m in the area again, I’ll definitely stay here once more.

Gaga and Ivica from Serbia, 10+ ❤️ The owner is very kind, hygiene is at the level, and the furniture is new. The view from the terrace is priceless. Excellent accommodation.

We stayed at Spiros Rooms for our last day in Greece before a late flight out of Preveza. We asked for an early check-in and got a WhatsApp message when the room was ready. The owner was there to greet us and show us in, and couldn’t have been more helpful. The modern facilities were all clean, and the shower was amazing. The terrace views were beautiful. Check-out was quick and easy, and we’d definitely stay again.

The neighborhood was quiet, just a few meters from both the beach and a mini market. The room was modern and spotless, with a great view, useful amenities including a couple of stove tops, good WiFi and a comfortable bed. Mr Spiros was the most polite and friendly host I’ve met. When I told him I’d made a mistake with my booking dates, he changed the dates I’d booked and prepaid without hesitation or an extra charge. I’ll definitely stay here again if I’m in Kastrosykia in the future.
