The hosts made us feel welcome every day, even bringing a little sweet treat for the afternoon. Our room was roomy and spotless, and the kitchen was handy to have. Magic Land Hotel is also in a great spot, about 100 metres from the beach, with lovely views. It was a comfortable, charming stay and I’d happily recommend it.

A lovely view and the sea just a few steps away, with the owner being very kind. The accommodation was spotless and peaceful, away from the noise and crowds. Taverns, cafes, and small grocery shops are about three minutes away by car. A good place if you're looking to unwind and enjoy the quieter side of Naxos.

The air-conditioner worked very well, the parking area was large and convenient, and the manager was cheerful and grateful. Every other morning she brought us delicacies, and we got clean towels daily. Those were the positives, but the room felt overpriced and I wouldn't recommend it, especially considering what we paid for what we got. The WiFi was so weak that staying online for more than thirty minutes wasn't possible. Getting there meant using a very dusty, potholed dirt road, and the apartment was only about 15 meters from it, so dust got inside and sometimes we could taste it. Traffic noise ran from 8am to 10pm. The beach was around 150m away in a straight line, but reaching it meant taking a dirt path 200m to the left or right, or going through a ditch. The room and closets had dust, and the room looked smaller in person than in the photos. The manager wasn't around after the afternoon, which made it hard to sort things out ourselves. From the downstairs rooms, the view was awful, with dust, traffic, reeds, and little sea.

Getting to the place takes about 15-20 minutes from the Chora of Naxos, and it's easy to get lost, so use GPS the first time and watch the roads. The room was clean and roomy enough for the three of us, with fresh towels every day. But after 05:00 PM there was no hot water because the other rooms had used it up, and the WiFi reception was terrible. I can't really recommend it until they fix those problems.
