Elena Rooms

Our room was great value, very clean, and had everything we needed. We stayed for three days, and Antonio was wonderful. He even helped my wife with her Greek. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in Plakia, I'd recommend this place.

We had lovely breakfasts on the beautiful balcony, with great views of the surrounding area. The room was clean and well equipped, the owner was friendly, and there were cute cats around.

The owner is really kind, and the room gets cleaned every day. With such a small bin, that daily service is needed. The road outside isn't noisy at night. It's not far from town, though there's no sidewalk, so you have to walk along the road.

Elena Rooms was a great base for excursions, between Damnoni and Plakias and about three minutes by car from Plakia center. My room was roomy, very clean, and had a comfortable mattress, A/C, and a kitchenette with the basics for cooking and making Greek salads. There were lots of European TV channels, and the bathroom/WC had a window and was cleaned daily. I had breakfast outside on the room's terrace. Trees and hedges screen the road, though I could hear traffic when I sat out there or left the door open. It didn't bother me. There are fee parking spots in the backyard. The owner speaks a little English and was very friendly and helpful.
