Mirthea Suites

For our honeymoon in Crete, we couldn't have asked for a better place than Mirthea Suites. We stayed in the two-level Zoe suite, which was cozy and comfortable, with everything we needed, including a dishwasher, washing machine, and private jacuzzi. The whole area was immaculate, and the hosts left a welcome basket of local treats that we really appreciated. The mountain setting has a breathtaking view over Plakias. If you're looking for a beautiful, high-quality stay in southern Crete, don't hesitate to book. Efcharisto, Kostas and Maria!

We had a lovely three-night stay and would happily come back. The views are beautiful, and our room was clean and comfortable. It was a bit cold while we were there, so we skipped the pool, but the hot tub in our room was amazing.

Getting up to the suites means driving a steep, narrow road in places, so I'd suggest a small automatic car and confident driving. Once there, the views of the mountains and sea are stunning, and the pool and patio are lovely. Our spotless apartment was beautiful and exceptionally well equipped. We also appreciated the bottle of wine, olives, and biscuits left for us. A fabulous place to stay in the hills of Myrthios, highly recommended!

We were glad we chose Mirthea Suites for a couple of nights at the end of summer, during our honeymoon. Check-in was self-service and easy, and the spotless room had a small kitchen and washing machine. The pool was great, especially with that amazing view across Plakias and the wider area. Restaurants are within walking distance, while Preveli and Ammoudi beaches are a short drive away.
