We came for a family break and found the property clean, well equipped, and wonderfully peaceful. The mountain scenery is beautiful, with winding little roads, wildflowers, mountain tea, and impressive gorges all around. Villa Frati Gorge sits on a hill in a tiny village with just a handful of houses, so it feels quiet and secluded, yet it’s a lovely base for exploring nearby gorges and small towns. Lady Gianna was so helpful and kind, sharing great ideas for places to see. She even brought us tasty fruit from her garden that we hadn’t tried before, a lovely touch. A couple of small things could be better: softer pillows or different filling would be nice, and a few extra wardrobe hangers would help.

Gianna’s service was wonderful, and she’s one of the nicest people I’ve met. We loved the apartment and its excellent amenities, set in a quiet spot amid stunning scenery. Already looking forward to visiting again.

A great base for hiking or reaching the beach, with Almudi, Almudaki, and Plakias all about a 10-minute drive away. The house has three separate apartments, a pool, and a fitness room beneath the terrace, where the panoramic mountain views are stunning. Gianna gave us useful tips, and fresh towels and linens were brought several times a day. Beautiful place, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay as a family of four with young children. The villa was spotless, and the gorge views were lovely. Mrs. Ioanna was genuinely interested in making us feel welcome and was extremely hospitable. Thank you for having us, and see you again.
