The good points were the cleanliness, decent coffee, WiFi, air conditioning and pool. There was fruit on the table too. If you have small children, the place may suit you well. For us, though, it was a noisy and chaotic stay, with children, school groups, conferences and events around. It isn’t somewhere I’d choose for a quiet break, especially if you’re older or hoping to relax. The hotel felt more like three stars to me. Parking was far too limited, and there’s only one elevator for the whole hotel. Our bathroom was dim, with a tiny tub that a large adult could barely fit in, and old, scaled fixtures. The tiles were clean but worn. The furniture was dated and black, the curtain was torn, and the old TV only had Greek channels. There was a two-centimeter gap beneath the room door, letting in drafts, wind and hallway noise. The balcony was cramped. The food tasted like canteen fare, with dishes and sweets brought in from elsewhere. The beach loungers were dirty, old and broken, and there were stones where you enter the sea.

The outdoor spaces had lovely shade, and our room was spotless and well looked after. There was a good range of food each day, and the children's activities were well organized, which made it a nice choice for families. Everything seemed well run, and we had a great vacation. With a 15-month-old along, the lively family atmosphere suited us well. The beach was excellent, though it gets crowded, and the restaurant can be noisy. Young couples without children or older guests might find it less comfortable. For the price, I found the all-inclusive deal fair: clean rooms, plenty of food and solid service. The staff were responsive, if not perfect, so I’d give the service a 4+. Cleaning was at a high level. I’d read mixed reviews beforehand, but to me the value matched what the hotel promises. It isn’t luxury, and you’d need to pay more for that. Our room was 218. The hairdryer didn’t work and some shower parts were broken, but neither issue was major. Some areas could use a light renovation. The village center is an easy walk, about 1.2 km away. I’m glad I spent the week here. I’d recommend it to families looking for an affordable all-inclusive stay.

Those three nights were awful, and we won’t be back. The staff were rude, our room wasn’t cleaned, and the wastebasket wasn’t emptied. The towels were dirty, worn and extremely old. We had all-inclusive, but ended up eating out because the food was terrible and there wasn’t much choice. Breakfast was cold, and neither our child nor the rest of us could find anything to eat. Our child is nine, and this place seems suited only to much younger kids. Don’t spend your money here!
