The property was spotless and well maintained, with excellent pools including a waterpark. Drinks and ice cream had a great all-inclusive selection, and the staff were friendly and hardworking. I want to thank them for making our week enjoyable. Getting checked in took an hour. Management knew how many people were arriving, but only two staff were dealing with 30 guests. The food was cold or lukewarm, and the choices missed the mark for us. Every British guest we spoke to shared that view. We also found many international guests pushy in queues, barging ahead and grunting when challenged. We skipped the hotel entertainment and walked 15 minutes, or took a €10 taxi, to livelier local bars and restaurants. Sorry, but I wouldn’t return.

The staff were amazing, the food was really good, and the place was very clean apart from the bathrooms near the pools. Those got quite messy and sometimes ran out of paper in the afternoons. We had a relaxing, wonderful stay, with plenty of pools and activities to choose from and everything arranged for comfort and fun.

The food could use more variety. There was a different theme each night, but it still felt repetitive, so some a la carte restaurants would be a welcome addition. The downstairs snack bar was useful for drinks, food, and ice cream. The arcade could do with an update and more variety, and the sunbeds need replacing. That said, this was our second visit to Caldera Creta Paradise, after enjoying it in 2024, and 2025 was just as good. We upgraded one room to a family swim up again, which was fantastic for adults and kids. Since our last visit there’s been a water park, a great addition. Drinks are included there, kids go free, and adults pay €15 pp. During busy times, there weren’t many two-person rubber rings. The beach is close, and the staff were great. We had a lovely holiday and would recommend it.

Really recommend this hotel. It’s spotless and well cared for inside and out, with spacious rooms and super comfortable beds. The rooms were cleaned daily without us needing to ask. There was a different cuisine each day, the food was excellent, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff deserve a raise. They were fantastic and always greeted us with a friendly smile. The area around the rooms is beautiful, there are two pools, and the beach is really close. Pool and beach sunbeds are included at no extra cost. I’m usually a bit skeptical of all-inclusive hotels because they can seem overpriced, the food is often only okay, and the staff can seem bored. This place changed my mind. The food was fantastic, with a wide choice, different themes each day, and an awesome breakfast. The snack bars were great too. Our room was clean and nice, with good air conditioning, a lovely balcony, a comfortable bed, flat-screen TV with screen mirroring, and perfect Wi-Fi. Come stay a week or two and relax.
