The grounds are well kept, but the beds were awful, old and fitted with iron springs that hurt my back. The shower was horrible too, and air conditioning costs 80 euros a week. People smoke everywhere, even by the children's pool and bar, where everything is filled with cigarette smoke. There's even a smoking area by the playground. They've completely lost their minds. The children are breathing in cigarette smoke.

The location works well for shops and restaurants: there’s an exit at the back, then a short but steep walk down to the busy shopping road. It gets especially crowded in the evenings, when it’s a little cooler, and having a car makes it fairly easy to head into the mountains. The rooms are spacious and lovely. The sofa bed is fine, but it’s in the living area, which has no air conditioning; the only unit is in the main bedroom. The pool is nice, and afternoon shade means the sun isn’t in your eyes the whole time. Housekeeping was great. It’s lovely to return to fresh towels, swept floors, and made beds. The dining area, though, gets boiling hot. The air conditioning in the indoor section is apparently broken, so everyone looks for a table with a bit of a breeze. The food is OK, with a small but nice selection. Two trays in the cooking area are kept full, and they cook food beside them. One is usually chips in the evening. Oddly, ice cream is available for dessert at tea but not at lunch.

The rooms are above average in size, and there’s a good pool with enough space for everyone. Wi-Fi is available by the pool and in the restaurant, though not in the rooms. The bathroom has a strange layout: the toilet seat is uncomfortably close to the shower, even though there’s plenty of room on the other side. Still, it’s a really good resort. The food was amazing, and the service was super friendly. I’d definitely like to visit again.

The staff at the restaurant and bar were good, and there are two pools, a playground, and views from some rooms. The location is good and close to the beach. The rooms are a good size, the food was good, and the bar had different drinks, though the salad selection was the same every day. There were lots of extra charges, including 80 euro per week for air conditioning and 12 euro for a sunbed on the balcony, plus more fees. The place felt a little run down and could use some paint and a few tightened screws. In one of our rooms, the shower cabin door was missing. I was mostly happy with the visit, but in my opinion it felt more like a good 3 star hotel than a 4 star one.
