We could always find a good spot on the beach after a slow breakfast, though the sun beds cost 7 euro per day. The hotel serves food at its bar, and we particularly liked the sallads. Staff were excellent and friendly, the rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided. Lissos Beach is a lovely small apartment hotel right by the sea, with Platanias main street only a minute’s walk away. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, both along the road and down by the sea. Several small supermarkets are close, and a larger one is about a 10-minute walk east. Taxis were easy to get, and several companies nearby offer day trips by bus or boat. The room was more spacious than I expected from an apartment hotel, with a coffee brewer and strong AC. The only snag was ants getting in when we left food out. Keeping it in the fridge fixed that.

The food in the restaurant was great, everything we tried tasted good. The hotel is in a perfect spot, right in the town center and just a few steps from the beach. Rooms were clean and nice, and the service was lovely, with very helpful staff. I fully recommend staying here.

Really nice, quiet hotel with super friendly staff who are always happy to help. The food at the poolside restaurant is great too. Would love to come back another time.
