I was so happy there. The room was comfortable and very clean, and they tidied it every day and left flowers on the bed. The people at the hotel were so nice, friendly, and kind, and the hospitality was great.

Hotel Marakis felt peaceful, even with the beach and town close by. The garden and its two pools were just right for relaxing. Staff were always welcoming and smiling, and we truly felt at home. It’s a super cozy place to stay in Platanias, and we’ll come back.

The pools were nice and clean, the food was very good, and the rooms were so clean thanks to the three ladies who worked hard cleaning every day. The walk is about 2 minutes to the main pedestrian streets and 5 minutes to the beach. Service was excellent, especially from Tina and mihali, who were so friendly, kind, and welcoming. I’ll definitely be back. Special thanks to Tina for making the atmosphere feel warm and friendly during my stay.

The pool area was kept in great shape, and we could always find space by the pools. The pool bar had good food and drinks too. The hotel is in a great spot, but despite being near the main street, it stayed quiet. The staff and owners were super friendly. A perfect hotel.
