We had a nice view over the hotel grounds and pool, which was kept in good shape. There are a couple of small pools for children, though there were only about 10-15 loungers by the pools. We stayed on the second floor, and a balcony right beside the pool area might be noisy or bothersome for some. The hotel had several spa and gym type services that we didn't use. Its other facilities were great, including a lockable luggage room for after checkout while waiting for the airport bus, plus good toilets and even a shower if you'd been to the sea. There's also a bar and food service. It was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were helpful and friendly, even though some facilities weren't running yet as the off-season was turning into on-season. The rooms are big and well equipped. A really well-run hotel.

The scenery is beautiful and the staff were helpful. My only small gripe was the sunbeds. The rules say you shouldn't reserve them, but guests still do, and I think the hotel should enforce that. Even so, I'd recommend this hotel.

What made the stay feel special was the lovely staff. They did everything to make us comfortable, and leaving felt like saying goodbye to friends. Despite being by the main road, the hotel is peaceful at night. The bus to Chania stops right outside and costs a reasonable amount. There's a great car rental place outside with excellent service, and the beach is easy to reach, with lots of loungers and cosy restaurants. For the adults, I'd ask the bar for a mojito. The kids highly recommend the strawberry daiquiri. Thanks for a lovely stay!

The rooms were spacious, with a lovely pool view, and we could relax outside or go for a swim. The beach is just a minute away. Even with noise and music outside, the soundproof windows kept the rooms peaceful. Excellent hotel!

The staff were amazing, especially the bartender, who made the best drink I've ever had. It was called Caribbean Sea. We had a wonderful week at this very good hotel, thanks! 🍺🇬🇷
