Beach is only a two-minute walk away, and the neighborhood feels beautiful and very family friendly, with the villas right on the water, bridges, and lights. The villa was clean and comfortable, and we loved the outdoor space with its garden, barbecue, three tables, and play yard. Konstantinos, the owner, was so kind and went beyond what we expected from hospitality. We loved every minute of our vacation with the kids. Thanks for the lovely experience and welcome, we'll definitely return and recommend it to friends! ☀️🌟

We spent three days here over Ash Wednesday, and the quiet was wonderful, not a car could be heard. The garden by the canal was equipped with everything we needed, and we spent our days there or walking around the settlement, then enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings. It's great for children too, with room to ride bikes around the settlement, plus a new playground and courts at the beach. Konstantinos greeted us at check-in, showed us around, and had fruit, chocolates, and honey waiting in the kitchen. He also had useful suggestions for nearby shops and delivery options. He let us leave later, so we could enjoy our Ash Wednesday meal peacefully in the garden. The house was excellent, and we'll definitely stay again. Konstantinos, thanks for everything.

Even the photos don't prepare you for it, the place is so small you can hardly believe somewhere like this exists in Greece. Such an amazing experience.

My group and I were completely taken with the villa, the garden, and the whole place. It's so beautiful that we really didn't want to leave! Konstantinos was helpful and communication with him was impeccable. I hope we can return soon. Thank you for everything!
