We were disappointed by the food and beach arrangements. Breakfast and dinner had too little variety and not enough food, so guests often had to wait for refills. Fruit and vegetables were limited, and we hardly saw any seafood. One dinner had only four main dishes, two of them plain pasta. We'd wanted a breakfast-only package, but were told dinner was compulsory, and the dinner service didn't justify the extra cost. The beach policy was unclear and kept changing. First we were told hotel guests could use umbrellas by ordering at the beach bar, then we were asked for €20 per umbrella, and the next day €30. Nothing was clearly explained ahead of time. The beach also differed from how it looked online: a large platform takes up much of the beachfront and leaves little sandy space for children to play. The hotel's online presentation doesn't clearly show this. The experience didn't match the expectations set by the hotel's presentation and prices.

The private car park is very close, and the hotel is ideally located near the beach. The service was friendly and pleasant. I especially want to mention Terri, who was brilliant at the beach and during breakfast, always nearby in a discreet way when you needed him.

Right on the beach, the hotel is clean, modern, and in a top location. Breakfast was nice and delicious, and the staff were polite and helpful. Special credit to Terri, the beach boy, who was always there with a smile whenever you needed him and gave customers excellent service.

The peaceful pool area was well kept, and while the pool was small, it was just right for a relaxing dip and never felt crowded. We also loved the calm setting of the restaurant, with its good choice of tasty food and drinks. Every meal was excellent, and the staff were professional and friendly. Terry deserves a mention for the beach service. He was managing a busy area but stayed friendly, attentive, and really helpful, which made our beach days better. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt warm and welcoming, more like a home where we could unwind. Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout. Room service was excellent, everything came promptly, looked lovely, and tasted great. This was one of our most relaxing stays, and we can't wait to come back.

As a solo traveler, I felt at home and never alone, thanks to the warm, personal hospitality. The front desk staff greeted me each morning and asked about my day when I got back. I arrived to a complimentary drink and a free room upgrade, and my room stayed clean, comfortable, and well maintained. They also left a complimentary bottle of water every day. Breakfast was excellent, with Greek, American, and British-style choices. The restaurant had a stunning sea view, great atmosphere, and fantastic food. I was glad to find a well-equipped fitness studio, including a Smith machine and dumbbells up to 25kg. They have four stars in the logo, but honestly, it should be five. I had an amazing stay at Sea Level Hotel in Polychrono!
