I feel I have to say something about the people who work at this hotel. I had to cancel my stay a few days before arriving for personal reasons, and let them know I wouldn’t be coming. They said it was okay and no problem. Since it was a last-minute cancellation, I told them I didn’t want my money back, but they didn’t reply to my last email. A few hours later, the money was back in my bank account, every single penny. Even though I’d told them I didn’t want it back, they returned it. Next time we go to Santorini, I’d prefer to stay here, not only because of the hotel, but because of its people.

The sea and vineyard views were lovely, and it was peaceful here. Fira is about a 15-minute walk away, with the bus station and a great bakery nearby. The rooms were clean and spacious, the pool was clean too, and the value for money was hard to beat.

We felt right at home at Villa margarita. The older host saw us off with a smile, and she was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She gave us lots of tips and even called the bus station to check the timetable to the port. The room was comfortable and clean, and there’s a bus stop close by. Fira is within walking distance, so it’s a good place to stay in Santorini.

The staff were so kind and friendly, and the Villa was clean with a great swimming pool. Fira centre is an easy walk from here. A lovely place to stay in Santorini!

The rooms felt a little sparse, but the outdoor pool was great and everything was generally clean. For the price, I doubt there’s better accommodation in Santorini. :)
