Vilos Suites

The host was warm, kind and very accommodating, and I'd happily stay here again. My room was large, exceptionally clean and comfortable, with the sea just steps away. Windows all around let in lots of natural light, but they can be closed for privacy and a dark room. One of my favorite places to stay in Pollonia, and a memorable visit.

Vilos Suites feels more like a serviced Airbnb than a hotel, as other people have mentioned. We got a warm welcome and great service, and our apartment was spacious, beautiful and spotlessly clean. It's almost perfectly placed, one block from the sea and an easy walk to the village, with plenty of free parking in a private area. The apartment seems designed around looks more than practical use. Some basics are missing, including kitchen shelves for food storage, proper forks, a chopping board and a knife. The bathroom looks lovely but isn't practical, with poor lighting and no shower curtain or window. The sofa beds are also uncomfortable for adults. Still, it's a nice place to stay and excellent value. A few practical changes would make it even better.

We liked the peaceful setting and private, cute place in Pollonia, a lovely town to stay in. The price felt a little high for what was included, but it's still a nice option on Milos.

We ended up at Vilos Suites after a problem with the hotel we'd originally booked. The superintendent was very attentive, and we had a great five-night stay in a second-floor apartment with our two boys. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but the sea views from every window and the terrace were beautiful.
