We were just back from our honeymoon, and this was our first all-inclusive stay. We stayed in building „D”, where the room was clean and had everything we needed. The two pools were a nice touch, one quieter for relaxing and the other set up for activities, with plenty of loungers around them. Food was varied and really good, and the themed dinners added something extra. The people working here made a big impression on us. Everyone was lovely, from the warm welcome at reception to the bartenders, activity staff, and managers. The tall, handsome restaurant manager was a standout, you’re the boss! If this review helps you decide, I’d say go ahead and book, then enjoy some time to unwind. And please tip the staff, they deserve it.

The beach was an easy stroll of less than 10 minutes down the high street, with clean, fine white sand and lovely views towards the islands and nearby Turkey. Back at the hotel, the loungers were sturdy and padded, which I appreciated while recovering from a serious back operation. The veranda chairs were comfortable too. We stayed for a week at the Aegean Bay after friends recommended it, and were glad they did. Nikki gave us a friendly welcome, and the staff were courteous throughout, even though it was the final few days of their season. George and the restaurant team arranged a birthday cake for my wife and sang 'Happy Birthday' around our table, with other guests joining in. It made her day. Our room was above the lobby in block A, with free air conditioning and a safe, a TV, and a large shower and bathroom. The walk through the grounds to the restaurant was pleasant. Other blocks looked less appealing from outside, though I was told the rooms inside were just as nice. Everything was clean and tidy. I had hoped for Greek food and I'm not keen on themed nights, but there was always something to eat. The two pools were too cold for me, though other guests used them regularly. There were daytime activities at the reception pool, and the animation team deserves credit for their patience and energy, especially with guests like us who were there to relax in the sun. We tried cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, and were happy with them. The staff serving them, including Tahir, were very friendly.

The freshly made pizzas and omelettes were amazing, thanks to the chef who kept cooking them to order. The rest of the food was a letdown for me. Much of it was lukewarm or cold, and having rice and pasta at every meal got monotonous. We ate out three times because we couldn't face the meals again. I choose all-inclusive expecting to be able to eat at the hotel, so would I come back? Probably not, and it's only because of the food. The hotel and room were very clean and modern, with daily cleaning and fresh bedding and towels. The reception team were always available to help. Alberto was especially friendly, cheerful, and helpful, thank you for everything. He’s a credit to the hotel. We had a fab time joining some activities, thanks to Arthur (baby fish) and Oli, whose energy was infectious. The evening entertainment was okay and changed each day, but closing the bar at 11am felt early. They could end all-inclusive then and charge for drinks, as other hotels do. Most people on holiday don't want to go to bed at 11am. The drinks were okay, though the Zorbas draft beer was a bit weak. The cocktails had plenty of alcohol, and you can ask for a stronger one. Hamid made the best cocktails, a special thanks to you, and all the bar staff work hard. I had a fab holiday and made lots of memories, and I'm grateful to the staff I mentioned.

We visited in late September, so it wasn't too busy. The rooms are on the small side, but ours was clean and comfortable, and the food selection was limited. Still, it was always fresh and we found something to eat. Everyone on staff was friendly. Alberto at reception was so welcoming and lovely, and he made a good friend of my little girl Madison. We had a lovely stay, and for the price we paid, we really couldn't complain.

For what I paid, I'd go back. The room was fine, with a comfy bed and a veranda overlooking a water feature. It had tea and coffee making facilities, but the cleaners didn't top them up, so I just took supplies from the dining area. There's a 'gym' on site, see the photo and decide for yourself. The food was okay rather than great. Lunch was the same as dinner, and there was only one restaurant in this sprawling place. Finding our building was frustrating: reception just told us to go out the door and turn right. I measured it, and it was 300 steps, with several intersections to work out. Some signs were hard to see in the dark, and even with the map it was difficult to orient ourselves. I think someone at reception could have done more to show us the way.
