The rooms are nicely furnished and the beach is fine, but it was the staff who made our stay superb. Konstandina and her team are so dedicated, I can’t say enough about them. They made our vacation really special. Great job! Don’t think twice, just book.

The staff made a huge impression on me. Everyone was attentive, polite, professional, and ready to help, and their genuine hospitality made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The service was flawless and made me feel valued throughout my stay. Alexandra Elegance has a stunning, relaxing atmosphere, with thoughtful design and a lovely balance of luxury and comfort. Every corner feels carefully put together. My stay exceeded all expectations, and the beautiful surroundings helped make it one I’ll always remember. I highly recommend it for the comfort, luxury, and genuine care. I can’t wait to return!

What I’ll remember most is how relaxed the place felt, even with kids around, including our own. In mid-June the pool water was warm, and there were three pools at depths of 0.6 m, a mix of 0.8 m and 0.6 m, and 1.4 m, so kids and adults alike could use them. The resort isn’t too big or too small, and it never felt crowded. By my count there were around 35 rooms, about half with private pools, so people were spread out. There were always plenty of sunbeds by the pools and on the beach. The beach wasn’t great in my opinion. It seemed mostly man-made, so it was rocky and muddy. There are platforms for getting into deeper water, where it’s good enough for diving. If you just want sun and sand without swimming, it’s probably all right, and the beach bar is part of the all-inclusive package. Potos and Limenaria have decent beaches just 2-5 minutes away by car, though neither is perfect. Pachis beach in the north, where we went last year, was better than those, but it also required a hefty minimum spend per sun lounger. Parking was plentiful, and we never had a problem. We spent eight nights here with our little kid, and I was quite sad to leave. The hotel is well maintained, the staff are great, and the food, drinks, desserts, fruit, and snacks were all very good. For evenings out, Potos and Limenaria both have decent tavernas, bars, and cafes. During the day there are tennis courts, kids’ playgrounds, giant chess, billiards, table tennis, a spa, and maybe a few other activities I’m forgetting, besides the pools and beaches. A few small suggestions for next year: it would be handy to have little retractable drying racks in the rooms for wet swimsuits and shirts, not for doing full laundry. I’d also like a bit more variety in the restaurant’s main meals, especially at lunch. And drink orders at lunch and dinner could come faster. There weren’t that many guests, and sometimes our drinks arrived near the end of the meal. It seemed more like an organization issue than a shortage of staff. I honestly hope we’ll be back next year.

The location is really good, with everything you might need nearby. The staff are polite and professional, and the food is high quality and tasty. Room service and the other services were good too. They could improve the arrival and departure arrangements, and I’d suggest making a map or guide showing what’s included and where to find it. Great place, great service and food. Highly recommend it. We’ll definitely be back!
