The location was great, just a street away from the centre of Potos, and having private parking was very handy. Ioanna made us feel welcome at check-in, and we had a great stay in the one-bedroom apartment overall. The rooms were serviced daily, with fresh towels and beds made. The facilities were good, too. The bed was too small for my husband and me, even though we're both small builds. We found the apartment dirty when we arrived: dusty, unmopped floors, dirty counters near the sink and stove, and smudges and saliva from little hands on the bathroom door, left by previous guests. Our one-year-old walks and puts her hands on the ground and in her mouth, and her feet were black after only ten minutes on the floor, before we'd even carried up our luggage. Ioanna kindly cleaned the bathroom door after we pointed it out and said the apartment was cleaned daily. We bought a mop, bucket, and detergent and did the floors ourselves, since otherwise we'd have had to wait until the next day for the cleaner. The water we mopped up was filthy, so I was glad I cleaned it myself.

We had a great week here as a group. The villa has a big terrace to the side, so a small party there doesn't disturb the quiet in the rooms. The rooms have kitchenettes and AC, with private parking as well. They're cleaned daily, and the sheets are changed every two days. The position in Potos is excellent.

After an okay stay here five years ago, we decided to return. This time was a nightmare, and it was a waste of time and money. We spent six nights in a room with broken AC, paying the same price and never being offered another room. We told the host as soon as we arrived, and although apparently attempts were made to fix it, nothing worked. After a long trip, the room felt like a sauna, with our three-year-old there too. In the last few days the host brought a portable AC, but it didn't work properly. It needed constant refilling with water and only made the sauna effect worse. I wouldn't recommend bringing a child to stay in these conditions. The place seemed to have no effective management.

The photos don't do it justice, the place looks ten times better in person. It's close to the beach and taverns, and the staff are very nice. They clean every day and advised us on what to visit and where to find the best food. I can see us coming back for sure.

The location was perfect, and the service was amazing. Everything was impressively clean and good quality. An excellent place to stay, definitely recommend it.
