The room was simple, with a regular bathroom and no kitchen, which we already knew. It was affordable, very clean, and had hand sanitizer both inside and outside all the rooms. There was private parking too. The host wasn't around, but his mother and father were there if we needed anything. Recommended.

A lovely, quiet, clean hotel close to preveza. The owners are a polite older couple.

The bathroom wasn't in very good condition. In the double room, only one of the rooms had air conditioning.

We had a great time in Preveza, and Mr. Nikos was a kind, helpful host. The accommodation had everything we needed: spotless sheets and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, plenty of parking, and good WiFi. It's in a peaceful spot that's also convenient for excursions, right by the sea and a stone's throw from the center of Preveza and Aktio. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Mr. Nikos!

Mr. Nikos was cheerful and kind, explained what we needed to know, and was there for us. The renovated room was very good, with a double bed and two single beds fitted with new mattresses and pillows. Everything was spotless, from the sheets to the towels. The kitchen had all we needed to cook, plus Greek coffee. I arrived exhausted from the trip, made a coffee, and enjoyed it on the balcony. Everything about the room was great. I highly recommend it, and we'll definitely visit again, God willing.
