The pictures don't show how lovely this place really is. It's clean, thoughtfully equipped, and has everything we needed for a great holiday. There are three air-conditioning units and they're very quiet. We could happily have lived here. Dora, the owner, met us and took plenty of time to explain the property and the area. She's lovely. Everything is close at hand, and the value for money is outstanding. I can't recommend it enough.

We felt right at home in Preveza, and Dora made that easy from day one. She showed us around on a little tour and was available throughout our stay for advice and questions. The people working at nearby bars were friendly too, always happy to chat with a smile. Evenings were quiet, with respectful, polite people around. Oikia Preveza is a hidden gem. The apartment is bright, spotless and lovely, with everything you need, right in the pedestrian center. Taverns, restaurants, cafés, the marina, sea, bakery and supermarket are all under a five-minute walk. A beach with a tavern and sunbeds is about 15 minutes on foot. We'll come back. Thank you, Dora! We had a wonderful stay in this very clean apartment. It's central, right by the square and close to everything, but still quiet. The cafés and taverns downstairs close fairly early and don't cause a disturbance. Ms. Dora is very kind and discreet. There's also a free municipal car park nearby, and we found a space every day.

Everything was great. It's expensive in the center, and the place has everything, from a washing machine to a fully equipped kitchen.
