Effie and Kostas made the stay feel like being in our own home. We had what we needed day to day, from towels and linens we could change whenever we wanted to a washing machine, hairdryer, and kitchen with coffee machines and coffee. The fridge was already stocked with useful things for our first day, and we got fresh eggs from their chickens and vegetables from the garden for the kids. Effie even brought us a freshly baked Greek sweet pie one day. They’re both upbeat, friendly, and happy to help with anything we asked. They know good restaurants in Preveza and Lefkada, too. One day we went fishing with Effie so she could show us how to catch fish. I usually book a whole house with a backyard, and this time we stayed at their place.

Efi offers traditional Greek treats every day, so do try them. The hosts are discreet, polite, and wonderful, and they know the area, the locals, and the right places to visit. Ask them whatever you need. We couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks, and see you again!

Effie and Kostas made this feel like a home away from home for our family. They’re warm, generous, kind, and always ready with advice about Preveza and the wider Amvrakikos area. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy, and the hospitality felt special without being fussy. The rooms are spacious, bright, clean, and nicely decorated, with all the modern amenities we needed. From the balcony, there’s a lovely view of the large garden and the beach. The property is in a quiet spot right by the water, yet close to the city centre, with easy parking inside. A top-notch place to stay in Preveza.

The hosts, Mrs. Efi and Mr. Kostas, live downstairs and were kind, welcoming, and always available when we needed anything. The garden is lush and well cared for, a lovely spot to sit with coffee. Our room was spotless and comfortable, right by the sea, with a wonderful view. We had an excellent stay and will definitely choose them again. Many thanks!
