We had such a lovely September stay with our two toddlers. The villa was so clean and comfortable that you could eat off the floor. The cleaning ladies came every third day, and they also cleaned the private pool; someone checked its water pH every second day. Fresh towels were available for the rooms and for the pool or sea. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the downstairs rooms had a humidifier. There was a washing machine too, plus a little shower by the entrance to rinse off the sand. The kids loved the floating playgroud, and there were SUP boards, a kajak, bikes, and other water equipment to use at the beach. The beach isn't part of the complex, but the water was super clean. Sunbeds at the caffe were free if you ordered anything, even just drinks. Our dog loved the beach too, and the place is pet friendly. It's kid friendly as well. We had a two-year-old and a three-year-old with us and had a great time. I really recommend including breakfast. Despina and Ksenia were wonderful, and each morning they made a fresh, tasty a la carte breakfast right there, like a five star restaurant. The nearest store and pharmacy are about 15 minutes away by car, but you can plan ahead and only go a few times. If I could, I'd give this place a million stars, not five. It's peaceful and beautiful, and we will definitely come back. Despina, we love you!

We were nine people in the Superior Villa with the mini pool, and it worked perfectly for us. Everyone had their own room and bathroom, so there was plenty of privacy. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. The view was another highlight, lovely in the mornings and evenings. Gregorii was a wonderful host, friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything during our stay. We had a fantastic time at Olivia Sports and Sea and would definitely return.

Even in high season, the beach stays uncrowded, and it's a great beach. The villas are clean and lovely, with very good, friendly service. The restaurant on the property does a perfect breakfast and good dinners too. A perfect spot for a vacation, highly recommend.

The infinity pools are tip top, and the villas are fully equipped with a thoughtful design and nice touches. Gregorius was a friendly, helpful host who even brought us extra toiletries and a barbeque grill. Really worth every penny.

The beach is stunning, the water's easy to enter, and there was always a spot by the deck chairs. We also enjoyed the food, every dish was tasty, and I especially recommend the pancakes. There are activities like paddle, kayaking, and cylcing, and the location right on the sea is unique. The hosts are incredibly kind and eager to make your stay a good one. The rooms are spacious, modern, well accommodated, and the whole place sparks. Everything feels carefully thought through, and we felt at home. From the view to the rooms, everything was perfect. I can't wait to come back.
