The front desk staff are always kind, but the rooms feel bleak. There are broken bulbs and cracked walls that need attention, and the place seems to have gone a long time without basic upkeep or a fresh coat of paint.

The balcony was a nice bonus, and we could walk to shops, cafés, restaurants, banks, churches, medical and legal offices, and the Wednesday farmers market. The hotel is very clean and right in the heart of Ptolemaida. Our room looked dated but had a rustic feel and was spotless. Smoking is allowed in the room. There was only one outlet, occupied by the mini fridge, so we had to ask for a power bar with several sockets.

The rooms could use a few more power outlets.

I had to stay here, but I wouldn't recommend it. It wasn't clean.

The price felt far too high for what this hotel offers.
