Galaxy Hotel

The location is lovely at any time of day. Breakfast was very limited, with no tomatoes, cucumber, or omelet, though there was still something to eat, like boiled eggs, yogurt, bread, and salami.

I didn't expect smoking to be allowed here, and I'm quite sensitive to it. People smoke throughout the day, and the smell is disgusting. I'm changing my stay because of it. When I complained, the manager said, "smoking isn't allowed by law," shrugged it off, charged me the full price, and didn't apologize. There are no smoke detectors in the place. Don't waste your time or money.

The room was well cared for, with careful daily cleaning, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's in a great location, and breakfast was decent, though it gets repetitive quickly. The one thing that kept this from being a five-star stay was the AC unit's outdoor section sitting on the balcony floor. With the air conditioning on, standing out there got very hot.

The service was all right, but the stay itself was awful. The rooms felt small and dusty, the hallways smelled of cigarettes, and the shower broke and soaked the whole bathroom.
