The room looked stylish and the bed was comfortable, but the cleanliness was a dealbreaker for us. Our check-in was from 3pm, yet the room was still dirty from the previous guests. The owner said the cleaner was there, though she wasn’t. When she arrived, we saw her clean the toilet, inside and out, with a cloth she then used on the kitchen surfaces and outdoor table. That was extremely unhygienic. When I raised it, she denied it and had a bad attitude, and the owner ignored our message. We wouldn’t stay again.

The room was still not ready at 3:21 PM, even though check-in was at 3:00 PM. It also looked nothing like the pictures on Booking.com. It was two floors underground and felt extremely claustrophobic. We asked to move rooms, but they refused. There were dead cockroaches as well. We told management this was unhygienic, but they weren’t helpful and just said the cleaning staff would handle it. In a place with a kitchen, can cockroaches really be treated as just a cleaning issue?

The location is really good, and George, the owner of the suit, is very kind. Just don’t pick a ground level room if you stay here.

The view across the bay of Pythagoreio was beautiful, and George provides all the amenities you need for a visit. My wife and I stayed in his lovely apartment in summer 2023. It’s modern, well equipped and conveniently close to restaurants, taverns and shops. We had an excellent experience.

George is a great host and very accommodating to your needs. The bedding was comfortable and the decor was nice. The place is clean, has good facilities, and overlooks Pythagorean Bay. Eateries and some sites are within walking distance.
