The central spot made it easy to get to restaurants, markets, and taxi stands. Staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel was cleaned every day. Our room was big enough for two, and the air conditioning was very quiet. The bathroom shower was small and the curtain uncomfortable. We were glad to find an elevator when we checked in. Breakfast was sufficient, with fresh orange juice, and the coffee and tea were available until noon. Thanks to all the friendly staff.

You can have breakfast with a sea view, right in the heart of the port, and restaurants, bike rentals, boat tours, and shops are all within walking distance. The rooms were clean and well looked after, and the staff were helpful. We enjoyed our stay. A shower cabin would be better than a curtain. Efharisto poli.

The rooms themselves were quite nice and very clean. But I would not stay here again. During my two-week visit, internet problems made the payment terminal fail when I arrived. The hotel was the only party able to fix it, yet it took 10 days to take the necessary action and make calls. I was given incorrect information until the very end, and spent those 10 days worrying instead of enjoying my holiday. The problem may not have been the hotel’s fault at first, but the response was slow and left me very uncomfortable. I have travelled around Greece many times and never experienced such slow, incompetent handling by hotel owners. When something goes wrong, expect little help unless you keep asking and insisting. The check-out was bleak too, with no warm goodbye or even a question about my stay. It felt like an insult to Greek hospitality. The reception is staffed only until 3pm, so there may be no one to answer afternoon questions. Internet and phone connections stopped working inside my room, and I could only make calls on the hotel terrace. A “garden” view meant a wall with a tree in front of it. Breakfast was okay, but repetitive. For this price range, I don’t think the hotel delivers the right service. I got the impression they prefer short-stay boat passengers who don’t require much effort. If you’re staying longer, I’d choose somewhere else. Don’t be misled by the location, as there are better-value options in Pythagorion with the kind service you expect in Greece. I’m a repeat guest at many hotels across Greece and Europe, but I won’t be coming back here anytime soon.
