I had already made and paid for a reservation, but you cancelled it four days before our arrival. You told me there had been a double booking and that it was your mistake, then said, “what do you want us to do now,” that we were “talking for free,” and other things I won’t go into. From what I understood from social media, it may have happened because a celebrity booked with you and you wanted the room for advertising. I also explained my wife's particular situation. After the shameful treatment and your mistake, all you did was hang up on me and say what you said. I’ll see this through to the end. The competent authorities, the Ministry of Tourism, have now taken up the matter, and the local tourism bodies of Rethymno have been informed too, though I’ve already been told you don’t belong there. The service and treatment I received were the worst I’ve ever encountered. Rude, offensive, indifferent, unacceptable. Businesses that show customers no value shouldn’t even be on the map. Shame.
