The old town location is lovely, with good restaurants and a supermarket close by. Our room was clean and pretty, small but cozy, and fairly priced. It had useful things like a hair dryer, iron, kettle, and French press. Just keep in mind that the rooms are reached by stairs, so it isn't very accessible for people with mobility needs.

We stayed right in the middle of the Old Town. The room felt cozy and clean, with nice furnishings, and we didn't hear any outside noise. The bathroom was a little cramped.

The central location is excellent, though you should expect some noise since it's right in the center, even with the good insulation. The rooms have so much character that they make you feel as if you've stepped into another century. If you need absolute quiet, keep that in mind.

The owner was so welcoming and even upgraded us. We really enjoyed the balcony, the fruit and raki waiting in the room, and the addresses he shared with us. The hotel is right in the heart of Rethymno.

Very clean room in the center of the old town, with daily service and plenty supplied, including an iron and board, hairdryer, and shampoo. The owner was friendly.
