Antica Dimora Suites

The staff were so warm and helpful, and were always glad to share local suggestions. I had a great stay in this lovely hotel in the middle of Rethymno’s old town. Its historic building has been updated thoughtfully, and there’s even an elevator for luggage. The charming streets are right there to explore, while the central bus station is an easy 10-minute walk away for trips around Crete. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, with a continental buffet of eggs, sausages, bread, pastries, jam, and fruit. There’s also a small swimming pool, a nice way to cool off after a day out. I’d happily stay here again next time I’m in Rethymno.

We had an amazing trip and such a great time. Marcos the Host helped us with everything, and when we left early for a tasting and wouldn't make it to breakfast, he made us lunch. It's a lovely place to stay, and I will definitely come back.

The hosts were so kind and sweet, and did their best to meet our needs. The pool area had an exotic feel and was a lovely place to take a break from the heat. The hotel has beautiful heritage architecture and an interesting design that give it a distinct character and capture the spirit of Rethymno. Even though it's in a very busy area, it feels quiet, safe, and comfortable. Bars and restaurants are only about five minutes away, with taxis and parking nearby. I'd visit again.

We found the pool area really peaceful, a perfect place to sit when the sun was too hot to walk around. The buffet breakfast was delicious and had different items each day. Nothing seemed like too much trouble for the owners or staff, who were so friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely and the location amazing. This hotel was perfect for our time in Rethymno, and we'd stay again if we came back. Book it, you won't be disappointed.
