The stay felt too short. I wish I’d planned more time there, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Rethymno. The hotel is beautiful, with a cozy little garden, spacious rooms, and cool decorations. We were warmly greeted by the receptionist, who offered refreshments and traditional Greek pastry, then shared city tips and recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. We followed his suggestions and loved them. When he learned we had an early departure, he offered to prepare breakfast without us even asking and left it in our room the evening before. You could tell it was made with love. We also tried the breakfast buffet on our second day, and it was very good. Everyone on staff was so friendly and warm-hearted. If I could, I’d give them six stars.

The rooms were very spacious and clean, and I’d absolutely recommend the place. It has historical character and a great location, plus the staff were super friendly. Everyone made us feel welcome and was accommodating, from check-in to the person working at breakfast, really everyone.

Breakfast was delicious, with local produce served in a lovely courtyard, and they cooked eggs to order. The Terra Suite, which we stayed in after booking a Junior Suite, was spacious, very clean, and had a comfortable bed and great facilities. There’s lots right on the doorstep, and you can walk to everything. Parking isn’t available in the old town, but the hotel team helped us find a place and came out to help with our luggage. The team at Casa Moazzo are genuinely lovely. Their recommendations sent us to places we wouldn’t have found otherwise, and they made the stay such a pleasure. Thanks for a great visit. We can’t wait to come back!

The staff made our five days at Casa Moazzo feel special, especially Anna. Everyone was attentive and treated us like family in a way that felt genuine. Please send our warmest regards to Anna and the whole team. 💛 hilal&emre The hotel sits right in the heart of Rethymno, but our spot was quiet and away from the noise. Our room was exceptionally clean and thoughtfully arranged, and breakfast had plenty of variety and tasted great. Everything was perfect, and we’ll stay here again next time we visit Rethymno.

Anna was such a lovely hostess. The hotel is beautiful, with spotless rooms and a comfortable bed. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
