The host really made the stay for us. He was so friendly and even helped with our suitcases. The room was clean and spacious, and the location is fantastic, right in the old town with everything we needed within walking distance. There are several flights of stairs to reach the rooms, which is how the old town buildings are built, so keep that in mind. We’d definitely come back!

I never got to stay at Sefront Old Town apartment because unexpected family problems came up a month before my trip. Even though my reservation was non-refundable, they gave me a full refund. I really appreciated that, so I wanted to leave a 5-star rating.

The host was the highlight of our short time in Rethymno. He gave us a helpful introduction to the city, shared useful tips, and was one of the kindest people we’ve met on our travels. When it was time to leave, he carried our luggage to the taxi stop, showed us where it was, and called a taxi for us. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed, plus a small balcony overlooking the old town that we loved. The location was perfect too. I’d happily stay longer and recommend this place without hesitation. Thanks for making our visit so lovely!

We booked two rooms for the family in May. It’s a lovely little family-run hotel in a great spot, and the rooms were very clean with good air conditioning. We’d stay again.

The owners were very welcoming, and the cleaning was excellent. We also slept comfortably, with good beds and working AC that was a real help during the hot nights. Our little balcony was cozy and looked out over the streets. We had a good stay and would recommend the place.
