The old town setting gave us the best of both worlds: everything was close, but Dome Garden itself felt peaceful and quiet. Our host was warm, attentive, and quick to answer questions. The accommodation is thoughtfully designed, with lovely details and all the comforts we needed. You can tell a lot of care went into it. We'd gladly stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting.

My booking was cancelled only 48 hours before I was due to arrive, even though I had booked more than a month earlier. They left it until the last minute, and with the refund taking 14 days, I had to pay for another place out of my holiday budget. Unbelievably disappointing. Be careful with their practices. I believe I may not be the first person they have defrauded.

Valis, the owner, was incredibly helpful, and the room was right in the middle of the old town with everything nearby. It was spotless and looked even nicer than the photos. Everything was excellent, definitely an experience worth having.

The garden and its trees make this place feel so peaceful, even though you're right in the heart of Rethymno's old Town. Everything the city offers is close by. I'd definitely recommend it for a relaxing stay.

Valis was always around to help and suggest things to do, places to see, and restaurants. The building itself is a beautiful Venetian place with gardens inside, right in the old town center. Highly recommend!
