Ilian Beach

We found everything great and were very satisfied. The hotel is beautiful and conveniently located, with a private beach you can go straight to, and the old town is walkable too. The people are nice, there are lots of cats around, and there’s private parking. The only trouble was the parking. There are spaces, but you have to use specific ones, and we often struggled with their strange rules about where you can and can't park. Otherwise, all was great, and hopefully we’ll come back.

The location made things easy for us, with restaurants, tourist shops, supermarkets, and grocers nearby. They stay open until about 9pm, which suited us. The hotel is around 3km from Rethymno center, and the walk there is really enjoyable, especially in the evening. There's also a small parking area where we could leave our car safely. My family and I stayed at Ilian beach & apartments for four nights in August. The staff greeted us warmly and made sure the room was comfortable for the three of us. We were close to both the pool and beach. I'd definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the staff!

A lovely little hotel with a wonderful space and incredibly friendly staff. It’s very clean and peaceful, away from the more crowded places.

We loved our stay and will be back. Once you arrive, you just relax, and Maria is a superstar along with the rest of the ILIAN team. Everyone was genuinely friendly and polite. The rooms are spacious and spotless, the pool is a great size, and the pool bar service is amazing. The location is peaceful, about a 30-minute walk from the main promenade with bars, restaurants, and shops. There are supermarkets, bakeries, and a few family-run restaurants close by. Highly recommend booking here. Lots of people return after staying, and I can see why.
