The pool and outdoor space were lovely for relaxing, with peaceful scenery all around. Our stay at Lameriana was made even better by the friendly staff, who were always ready to help, from restaurant suggestions to the little details. Breakfast had delicious fresh local produce and authentic Cretan flavors. We arrived to a warm welcome and found a spacious, spotless, very comfortable room with a wonderful view and all the amenities we needed. The design brings traditional architecture together with modern comfort. Lameriana is a peaceful place for a relaxing stay, and we can’t wait to return.

A car is needed to get around, since the hotel sits on a hill among olive trees, with charming villages nearby. The setting is romantic and peaceful, and the location has a charm I can hardly describe. I enjoyed this simple, beautiful place more than any trip I can remember. The hotel itself is beautiful. I’d suggest the owner pay closer attention to cleaning, especially the bathrooms and floors, and personally oversee it. I’m not saying they were unclean, just that there’s room to improve.

We had a wonderful family stay, and the place was spotless. The staff made us feel very welcome, and Raphael, the owner’s son, helped us with everything we needed. We’d definitely visit lameriana secret village again!

The room decor is lovely, and both the hotel and its setting are beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. But the cleaning during our 10-day stay was not done properly each day. They made the bed, yet never changed the sheets, and the bathroom and toilet weren’t cleaned at all. It’s a real shame for such a lovely hotel. If the rooms and bathrooms aren’t cleaned more carefully, mold could develop over time.

We had to cut our stay short because of a family emergency, and the owner kindly offered us a voucher to return. That thoughtful gesture really touched us. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet spot, with a lovely pool, delicious food, and a warm, welcoming staff. It was a peaceful escape, and we’ll definitely be back. I have a real affection for the warm-hearted Greek people.
