PALM BEACH HOTEL

The view of the sea from our balcony was stunning, a lovely thing to wake up to each morning. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and we felt well cared for. Breakfast was delicious, and when we had an early trip, they kindly put together a packed meal for us. The location couldn't be better: the beach is across the street, the supermarket is next door, and the city center is a short walk away. The hotel also has an arrangement for two sunbeds and an umbrella at the beach for just 5 EUR, which was very convenient. We absolutely loved staying here and would definitely return!

It worked perfectly for us: clean and spacious, with really good food and excellent, friendly staff. The location is great, near the beach and close to the old town.

Being able to walk straight onto the beach in seconds made our stay even better. The location is right on the shore, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the start. I had a wonderful time here, with delicious, fresh, varied food full of flavor. A great stay for relaxing, eating well, and enjoying good service. Highly recommend!

The room was bigger than I expected from the online photos, and had more than enough space for me as a solo traveller. The hotel's location was fantastic: cross the road and you're on a beautiful sandy beach. From booking through checkout, the staff were trustworthy and helpful. They arranged private transport to and from Heraklion airport, which made me feel safe and well cared for. On arrival, the team welcomed me warmly with a chilled glass of wine. One man explained what was nearby and helped me get my bearings. The hotel restaurant is A La Carte, with a great range of food and drinks. While travelling from Scotland, I also met a fantastic staff member born in Bishopbriggs, Glasgow, just 20 minutes from where I live. Thank you for the warm hospitality. I'll definitely be back soon.
