The location was excellent, a few meters from the beach, with lots of restaurants and mini supermarkets nearby. The hotel is compact, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The small pool was well maintained, breakfast was acceptable but nothing special, and free parking was handy even though it wasn't in the best condition. We stayed for seven nights. On arrival, our room wasn't ready, so we were pleasantly surprised with a suite for the first night. The room we'd booked was clean and had the essentials, but felt dated and below what I'd expect from a 4-star hotel. The room wasn't cleaned well, the bathroom was very old, and the air conditioner sounded like a truck engine at night. Coffee was never replenished, and the water boiler smelled so awful it made me gag. If I had the chance to return, I'd pick another hotel.

The location was lovely, with plenty of places to eat nearby. The food was the main issue, it was the same every day and night. More variety would be good, along with waffles, pancakes, and omelettes made to order. The entertainment was very poor, with nothing during the day and very boring shows at night.

The views were amazing, and both the breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious. What really made the stay was the super friendly staff. They sorted out softer pillows and an earlier breakfast without fuss, helped with directions and a car, and even greeted you with a smile wherever you went. The beach, cocktails, and great food were all within a few feet. Special mention for the dance instructor, aqua gym trainer, and Rethymno by night guide. He's the best, TEACHER KAPUT!

A quiet area with tavernas and shops around the hotel, and we had a nice stay. The hotel was very clean, with good-sized rooms, large balconies, and good-quality pillows and mattresses. The staff were VERY kind and helpful. Food was okay, though it could be better. Evening entertainment might suit senior citizens. I preferred the sandy beach near the harbour, with an easy entry into the sea. It's about 2 km away, or 7 euros by taxi, and the taxi stand is a few meters from the hotel. Many thanks!

The food was decent, and the hotel let us use the pool on our last day while we waited for our transfer. Still, the rigid rules, extra charges, and lack of flexibility made the stay disappointing. I wouldn't return or recommend it. We were there in June 2025 on Half Board. We arrived after 10pm on the first night and were given a cold plate of cheese, ham, and vegetables because dinner had already finished. On checkout day, we left the room at 11am but had to wait until 10pm for our transfer. We asked to use the dinner we had missed on arrival, but the hotel refused and wanted 18Eur per person for dinner. That was especially disappointing since we hadn't received a full dinner the first night. Hotel beach sunbeds and umbrellas cost 7 eur per set, even for guests. Nearby beach bars offered them free with a drink, unlike the 7 night package we had. The pool was open only from 10AM to 6PM, so it was closed by the time we wanted a swim after a day at the beach. There were also lots of mosquitoes around reception and the pool after 7pm. This wasn't what we expected from a 4-star hotel.
