Pension Castello

The breakfast was great, served in a beautiful garden where Giannis grows lots of fruit and vegetables. He was wonderful, always making us smile, sharing helpful tips, and helping wherever he could. We stayed nearly two weeks and couldn't have asked for a better place for our holiday. It's right in the city centre but still quiet. We loved our room, which was always clean, and spent lots of time reading and relaxing on its lovely balcony. Can recommend 10000% :))

The owner and his family were the heart of our stay. They were so kind, friendly, and helpful, gave us great advice, and made our time in Rethymno unforgettable. It's an experience we'll cherish, and we can't wait to come back and see them again. The rooms were perfectly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. Breakfast in the peaceful garden was lovely too. We wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Giannis welcomed us into his home and made us feel comfortable. Penssion Castello is centrally located, with a private little garden full of plants and flowers where we had breakfast. The room was spacious and clean, and the cleaning lady came every day. Best wishes from us, and thank you, Giannis!
